Contact support
Open a support request in the public Housemates support tracker. Do not include names, photos, journal notes, payment details, or other sensitive information.
Before reporting a problem
- Include whether you use iOS or Android and the app version.
- Describe what you expected and what happened.
- Remove personal information from screenshots before attaching them.
Your app data
Housemates has no account or cloud sync. Support cannot access, restore, or transfer your records or photos. Reinstalling the app or changing devices can permanently lose them.
